PROJECTION OF AIR LOGISTICS TRANSPORTATION DIPLOMACY TOWARDS GOLDEN INDONESIA 2045

Abstract
Abstract - The increasing demand for air logistics services due to economic growth and globalization is a key issue in the projection of air logistics transport diplomacy. However, to realize the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045, the current infrastructure, technology, and human resources are still inadequate. Therefore, to overcome current problems and difficulties to meet future needs and demands, an effective strategy for the projection of air logistics transportation diplomacy is needed. In this study, using the theory of diplomacy with the third multitrack path of diplomacy to create relations of cooperation and peace. The purpose of this research is to create a new effective and efficient strategy for the projection of air logistics transportation diplomacy in realizing the Golden Indonesia 2045. Qualitative descriptive method is used in this research. Data was obtained through national and international literature research on Google Scholar. SWOT analysis was conducted with the analysis method. The results of this study found strategies to realize the Golden Indonesia Vision 2045. These strategies include building air logistics relationships with other countries, strengthening regulations that protect investors in terms of air logistics transportation, improving the efficiency of logistics delivery, training a skilled workforce so that it can compete, and involving all parties involved.
