PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT KOTA BOGOR
Abstract
Abstrak - Pengembangan pariwisata adalah kunci sukses Kota Bogor sebagai salah satu kota berkembang, yang mampu mentransformasikan Kota Bogor sebagai destinasi pariwisata sekaligus tujuan pariwisata. Adapun strategi pembangunan Kota Bogor yang dikembangkan berdasarkan destinasi pariwisata sangat berhubungan dengan konsep ekonomi pertahanan sehingga menempatkan masyarakat sebagai aktor utama. Permasalahan yang kemudian muncul yakni pengembangan pariwisata berimplikasi bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat Kota Bogor. Kecenderungan peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah selama lima tahun terakhir memungkinkan potensi sektor pariwisata Kota Bogor sebagai alternatif pengentasan kemiskinan sekaligus peningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian bertujuan melakukan analisis obyek pariwisata baru di Kota Bogor serta peningkatan sektor ekonomi baru melalui kegiatan pariwisata pada setiap kecamatan yang berada di wilayah Kota Bogor. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi pada jajaran Pemerintah Kota Bogor sebagai tujuan wisata serta diskusi kelompok dengan penduduk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor pariwisata berkontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan Kota Bogor terutama pemerataan pendapaatan sekaligus pemasukan kas daerah namun sarana dan prasarana serta infrastruktur pariwisata masih harus terus dibenahi sehingga menarik lebih banyak pengunjung ke Kota Bogor.

Abstract - Development of tourism is the success key of Bogor City as one of developing city, which able transformation bogor to tourism destination and tourism destination at the same time. The development strategy of Bogor City which is developed based on tourism destinations is closely related to the concept of defense economy that puts society as the main actor. The problem that comes is the development of tourism has implications for the welfare of the people of Bogor City. The trend of increasing regional original income over the past five years has enabled the potential of the Bogor City tourism sector as an alternative to alleviating poverty while increasing the welfare of the community. The research aims to analyze new tourism objects in the city of Bogor as well as to improve the new economic sector through tourism activities in each sub-district in the Bogor City area. The study used qualitative methods through interviews and observations on the ranks of the Bogor City Government as tourist destinations and group discussions with residents. The results of the study shows that the tourism sector contributes to the welfare of the city, especially in terms of equal distribution of income as well as regional cash inflows, but the facilities and infrastructure and tourism infrastructure still need to be improved so as to attract more visitors to the city of Bogor.
