PENGARUH LUAS SAWAH, PERSEPSI DANA DESA DAN KETAHANAN PANGAN TERHADAP PENDAPATAN PETANI TAHUN 2017 (STUDI DI DESA GUNUNGREJO, KECAMATAN SINGOSARI, KABUPATEN MALANG, JAWA TIMUR)
Abstract
Akses lahan sawah pemuda di Gunungrejo sangat terbatas, sehingga mereka memilih pekerjaan diluar pertanian. Keadaan ini membuat petani memiliki akses lebih terbuka terhadap lahan karena dapat mengelola lahan sawah yang ditinggalkan anak-anaknya. Sedangkan pertanian Gunungrejo telah menggunakan sistem irigasi yang dibangun menggunakan pemanfaatan dana desa. Lalu apakah pembangunan irigasi mampu meningkatkan produktifitas pertanian menurut persepsi petani. Peningkatan produktifitas petani dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani sehingga mampu meningkatkan akses diversifikasi makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh luas sawah, persepsi dana desa dan ketahanan pangan terhadap pendapatan petani di Gunungrejo. Penelitian menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan dari hasil wawancara kepada 125 petani dan data sekunder didapatkan dari Kantor Kelurahan Gunungrejo. Penelitian menggunakan model analisis regresi berganda. Variabel terdiri dari Luas sawah (X1), persepsi dana desa (X2) dan ketahanan pangan (X3), dan pendapatan petani (Y). Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa luas sawah (X1) dan ketahanan pangan (X3) memiliki pengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani. Sedangkan persepsi dana desa tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani. Hasil uji-F menunjukkan bahwa luas sawah (X1), persepsi dana desa (X2) dan ketahanan pangan (X3) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap pendapatan petani (Y) sebesar 57.5%, sisanya sebesar 42.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model. Diharapkan pemerintah desa dapat melihat potensi desa, sehingga pemberdayaan desa dengan memanfaatkan dana desa dapat dikelola secara maksimal dan masyarakat juga dapat merasakan manfaat yang didapatkan dari program pemberdayaan melalui penyuluhan pertanian.
