EVALUASI EFISIENSI PENGGUNAAN ENERGI LISTRIK DALAM PEMBUATAN KAPAL ANGKUT TANK DI PT. DAYA RADAR UTAMA (Studi kasus: Steel Fabrication dan Block Assembly)
Abstract
Industri Pertahanan mempunyai peran penting dalam membangun Alpalhankam, salah satunya adalah Industri Galangan Kapal PT Daya Radar Utama. Mengingat begitu pentingnya PT Daya Radar Utama dalam pengembangan Alpalhankam khususnya TNI AL, maka efisiensi terkait dengan penggunaan energi sangat penting untuk dikendalikan. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang efisiensi penggunaan energi listrik di Steel Fabrication dan Block assembly, menemukan pemborosan karena cara kerja dan penggunaan mesin yang tidak standar, sehingga terjadi pemborosan/waste. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah menghitung secara numerik penggunaan energi di mesin peralatan dan utilitas menggunakan Finite State Machine (FSM), sehingga diketahui jumlah pemborosan. Hasil perhitungan FSM kemudian dipetakan melalui metode Energy Value Stream Mapping (EVSM). Root Cause Analysis (metode 5 Ways) digunakan untuk mencari akar masalah. Konsep 7 (tujuh) Waste dijadikan indikator penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stasiun kerja yang berada di Steel Fabrication dan Block Assembly terjadi pemborosan pemakaian energi listrik, Pemborosan ditemukan pada proses produksi di mesin Cutting 44%, mesin Bending 28%, dan Assembly dan Erection masing-masing 9% dari total konsumsi energi listrik yang digunakan pada mesin Cutting, Bending, Block Assembly dan Erection. Hasil ini dapat dijadikan peluang usulan perbaikan agar pemborosan energi listrik bisa dieliminasi dan meningkatkan daya saing.
