Infrastructure assets are state-owned property in the form of infrastructure facilities that function as supports for accelerating economic growth and as providers of basic services for community needs such as education, telecommunications, health, food and other services. These infrastructure assets are vulnerable to being affected by disasters, so serious thought is needed in formulating an asset protection system based on integrated disaster management. This article was prepared using the method of reviewing various literature related to disaster management. The literature studied is literature related to the concept of total disaster risk management (TDRM) and the concept of resilience engineering as the main thinking foundation to be studied as input for the formation of the asset protection system. The result expected by the author is a new perspective to formulate a comprehensive, effective, efficient and sustainable disaster management-based infrastructure asset protection system proposal.
