PENGARUH SOLIDARITAS TERHADAP DEFENSE MECHANISM PADA AWAK KAPAL KRI ARUNG SAMUDERA TAHUN 1996

Abstract

Artikel ini menggambarkan perjalanan laut KRI Arung Samudra yang memiliki misi memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan Indonesia ke dunia internasional. Operasi ini sendiri diberi nama operasi Sang Jaka Jaya 96. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitik dimana sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari literatur yang relevan seperti buku, jurnal, dan artikel ilmiah. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur. Dari studi literatur dapat disimpulkan bahwa peneliti mengkaji adanya pengaruh solidaritas dan mekanisme pertahanan. Pengaruh tersebut berupa solidaritas yang dapat mempererat tali silaturahmi antar ABK kapal KRI ARUNG SAMUDRA. Hubungan solidaritas memperkuat mekanisme pertahanan kerja sama tim. Agar ABK atau Personil dari Kapal KRI ARUNG SAMUDRA dapat menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik dan selamat kembali ke Indonesia. Dari studi literatur dapat disimpulkan bahwa peneliti mengkaji pengaruh solidaritas dan mekanisme pertahanan. Pengaruh tersebut berupa solidaritas yang dapat mempererat tali silaturahmi antar ABK kapal KRI ARUNG SAMUDRA. Hubungan solidaritas memperkuat mekanisme pertahanan kerja sama tim. Agar para crew atau personel dari KRI ARUNG SAMUDRA dapat menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik dan selamat kembali keIndonesia. Abstrak memuat unsur-unsur sebagai berikut: latar belakang, tujuan, desain/metodologi/pendekatan, dan hasil/kesimpulan.
