Optimalisasi Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Bela Negara di Pusdikif Dalam Rangka Membangun Kesadaran Bela Negara Pemuda Indonesia

Abstrak -- Bela Negara merupakan hak dan kewajiban bagi seluruh bangsa Indonesia untuk kepentingan mempertahankan eksistensi negara. Peran penting Bela Negara dalam perspektif pertahanan adalah untuk menjaga keutuhan wilayah Indonesia, beserta seluruh sumber daya, kedaulatan dan kemerdekaannya terhadap ancaman dari luar dan ancaman dari dalam. Pemuda merupakan sumber daya manusia yang diharapkan dapat menjadi tulang punggung pertahanan bangsa Indonesia. Melalui pendidikan bela negara terhadap pemuda diharapkan para pemuda memiliki kemampuan dasar bela negara dan memiliki rasa cinta terhadap tanah air dan bangsa Indonesia. Penelitian ini mencoba menggali permasalahan dalam 10 komponen penelitian pada pendidikan bela negara di Pusdikif. Penulis menganalisa penyelenggaraan bela negara di pusdikif TNI AD dilihat dari kondisi 10 (sepuluh) komponen pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap para nara sumber yang kompeten yang selanjutnya dianalisa secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penyelenggaraan pendidikan bela negara di pusdikif belum optimal. Kelemahan utama dari penyelenggaraan pendidikan bela negara di Pusdikif adalah belum adanya standart baku yang dapat diterapkan dalam penentuan kriteria kondisi 10 komponen pendidikan dan permasalahan anggaran yang tidak mendukung bagi pengembangan program pendidikan bela negara di Pusdikif. Untuk mengoptimalkan penyelenggaraan pendidikan bela negara diperlukan standar penyelenggaraan pendidikan bela negara dan menyediakan anggaran dalam program pendidikan bela negara dengan menjadikan diklat bela negara sebagai kegiatan program.Pusdikif.

Abstract -- Defend the State is the right and obligation of all Indonesian people to protect the existence of the country. The important role of Defend the State in the defense perspective is to safeguard the integrity of the Indonesian territory, along with all its resources, sovereignty and independence against external threats and internal threats. Youth is a human resource that is expected to be the backbone of the Indonesian defense. Through the education of defending the country against youth, it is hoped that the youth will have the basic ability to defend the country and have a love for the homeland and the Indonesian people. The research problem is about the not optimal implementation of Defend the State Education and Training in Pusdikif. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of Defend the State Education in Pusdikif as seen from the condition of 10 (ten) components of education. Research uses qualitative methods. Data were obtained through interviews with competent resource persons who were then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study showed that the implementation of education Defend the State in Pesdikif was not optimal. The main weakness of the implementation of Defend the State education in the Pusdikif is that there is no standard that can be applied in determining the criteria for the condition of the 10 components of education. Efforts that can be made to optimize the implementation of Defend the State education are by the standard of implementing Defend the State education.
