PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI DALAM PEMBINAAN LATIHAN PRAJURIT YONIF MEKANIS 201/JAYA YUDHA GUNA MENDUKUNG TUGAS POKOK

Abstrak -- Revolusi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang terjadi di seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia telah mengubah pola komunikasi manusia ke dalam sebuah bentuk informasi global dan memungkinkan pasukan mendapat informasi pada waktu dan tempat yang tepat, sehingga akan mengurangi apa yang oleh Clausewitz disebut "kabut perang", dan juga membuat pasukan menjadi lebih fleksibel.Implementasi dari teknologi informasi dan komunikasi secara umum adalah berupa konsep Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA). Yonif Mekanis 201/Jaya Yudha sebagai satuan pelaksana dibawah Kodam Jaya/Jayakarta dapat melaksanakan seluruh dinamika tugas Operasi Militer Selain Perang (OMSP) yang diberikan tersebut dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik namun di sisi lain terutama pembinaan latihan yang seharusnya dilaksanakan prajurit Yonif Mekanis sebagai satuan tempur tidak dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Pembinaan Latihan harus dilaksanakan untuk dapat melaksanakan tugas pokok yang diberikan oleh Komando Atas.Penelitian ini menganalisa bagaimana Teknologi Infromasi dan Komunikasi dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melaksanakan pembinaan latihan bagi Prajurit Yonif Mekanis 201/Jaya Yudha untuk mendukung tugas pokok. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil dari proses analisa ini membuktikan bahwa Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melaksanakan pembinaan latihan Prajurit di Yonif Mekanis 201/Jaya Yudha dengan memberikan tutorial latihan dalam kombinasi teknologi audio/data, video/data, audio/video dan Internet dimana Prajurit dapat melaksanakan latihan berupa pembelajaran teori secara jarak jauh

Absract -- The information and communication technology revolution that occurred throughout the world including Indonesia has changed the pattern of human communication into a form of global information and enabled troops to get information at the right time and place, so that it would reduce what Clausewitz called "the fog of war", and also making troops more flexible. Implementation of information and communication technology in general is in the form of the concept of Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA). The 201 mechanize Batalyon / Jaya Yudha as the implementing unit under the Jakarta Military Command / Jayakarta can carry out all the dynamics of the tasks of Military Operations Other Than War (OMSP) that are given well, but on the other hand, especially the training that should be carried out by Mechanized Batalyon soldiers as combat units. can be implemented properly. Training Guidance must be carried out to be able to carry out the main tasks provided by the Top Command. This research analyzes how Information and Communication Technology can be used to carry out training coaching for 201 Mechanize Batalyon / Jaya Yudha Soldiers to support the main task. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method. The results of this analysis process prove that Information and Communication Technology can be used to carry out training training for Soldiers in 201 Mechanize Batalyon / Jaya Yudha by providing training tutorials in the combination of audio / data, video / data, audio / video and Internet technologies where Soldiers can carry out exercises in the form of distance learning theory
