STRATEGI PERTAHANAN LAUT INDONESIA DI TENGAH POTENSI KONFLIK ASIA PASIFIK: AUKUS (AUSTRALIA, INGGRIS, DAN AMERIKA SERIKAT) VS REPUBLIK RAKYAT CHINA

Indonesia merupakan negara yang berada di Kawasan Asia Pasifik yang secara geografi berada di wilayah Asia Tenggara dan berbatasan langsung dengan Republik Rakyat Tiongkok dan Australia. Dengan posisi geografis ini, strategi pertahanan laut Indonesia yakni Poros Maritim Dunia harus diperhatikan kembali melihat bahwa Republik Rakyat Tiongkok telah melakukan inisiasi dalam mencapai ambisinya guna mencapai hegemoni di Kawasan Asia Pasifik melalui klaim nine dash line hingga pembentukan Belt Road Initiative (BRI) dengan menggunakan silk road. Dalam merespon hal ini, Amerika Serikat bersama Australia dan Inggris kemudian membentuk aliansi pertahanan dan keamanan dengan menjamin keamanan Kawasan Asia Pasifik yang kemudian meningkatkan tendensi konflik di Kawasan. Untuk melihat strategi pertahanan laut, penelitian ini menggunakan teori strategi maritim dan teori kekuatan laut untuk melihat kemampuan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam penyusunan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni Indonesia harus mempertimbangkan kembali Poros Maritim Dunia sebagai strategi pertahanan laut melihat bahwa perkembangan aktivitas wilayah perairan di Kawasan Asia Pasifik meningkat disertai dengan tendensi konflik yang semakin tinggi antara Republik Rakyat Tiongkok dan AUKUS.
