STRATEGI PERTAHANAN LAUT DALAM MENGHADAPI ANCAMAN PASCA TERBENTUKNYA QUAD

Secara resmi pembicaraan keselamatan Segi-4, Kerjasama segi-4 diawali dengan kerjasama lapang selepas tidal wave Samudera Hindia 2004 sangat memusnahkan, Dari ke-4 negara yang bersama untuk membantu dalam misi kemanusian dan bencana ke wilayah yang terimbas dari bencana tersebut. Itu disahkan oleh eks pemimpi Jepang Shinzo Abe tahun 2007, selanjutnya tidak berperan selama nyaris 1 dasawarsa, lebih-lebih di saat kecemasan Australia maka keterlibatan saat blok itu bakal mengusik Cina. Fakta pertahanan ini dihidupkan kembali tahun 2017, itu mencontohkan perubahan sikap di wilayah terhadap dampak Cina yang bertambah luas. Walau presiden Donal Trump dan Joe Biden menilai QUAD menjadi tujuan untuk meletakkan terutama pada kawasan samudera hindia,, terlebih menjadi penyeimbang bagi pengaruh Cina. Maka penggung jawab Quad melakukan pembicaraan resmi per-1 pada tahun 2021 dan berdialog Kembali secara online pada bulanke-3. Menghadapi proyeksi militer atau menganggap QUAD sebagai langkah penyeimbang karena integritas tegas China perairan China Selatan. Secara geografis dan politik Indonesia adalah aktor utamanya karena terletak di tengah-tengah wilayah komplik . Artikel ini meneliti bagaimana seharusnya strategi pertahanan laut Indonesia dalam menghadapi ancaman yang ditimbulkan oleh QUAD di tingkat kawasan. peneliti menganalisa pentingnya membangun kemampuan nasional kami sendiri untuk mencegah ancaman kedepan baik dengan penyabaran pasukan TNI maupun meningkatkan kemampuan industri pertahanan. Penyebaran pasukan dan Industri pertahanan menemukan berpengaruh dalam situasi ini. peneliti menawarkan agar Indonesia meletakkan pasukan TNI diposisi-posisi strategis dan kesinambungan bidang industri pertahanan nasional sebagai agenda utama strategi kerawanan keamanan saat ini dan masa depan.
