PENERAPAN KONSEP "BLUE ECONOMY" SEBAGAI PENGEMBANGAN KEMAMPUAN PERTAHANAN LAUT

Permasalahan perbatasan Laut Natuna Utara dinilai sebagai sebuah ancaman Kawasan bagi Indonesia. Mengingat letak geografis LNU yang berbatasan langsung dengan negara-negara ASEAN dan konflik Laut China Selatan yang sedang berlangsung. Melalui ini, maka penting bagi Indonesia untuk dapat mempersiapkan kedua kemungkinan, yang pertama perebutan Kawasan LNU, yang kedua dampak perang laut dari adanya konflik LCS. Maka konsep Ekonomi biru hadir, guna untuk dapat meningkatkan perekonomian negara dan menghidupkan Masyarakat pesisir. Sehingga dapat mengembangkan pertahanan laut secara bertahap, didaerah pesisir melalui adanya aktivitas ekonomi yang padat di perairan. Oleh karena itu, Indonesia diharuskan untuk mencoba memperkuat pertahanan laut melalui penerapan ekonomi biru. Dalam penelitian ini, maka peneliti akan difokuskan dengan studi kasus LNU dan urgensi penerapan ekonomi biru di Kawasan LNU sebagai pengembangan kemampuan pertahanan laut di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data sekunder.Referensi
