TEKNIK REKAYASA TERBALIK DENGAN APLIKASI COMPUTE- AIDED DESIGN MODEL COMPUTER-AIDED ENGINEERING
Abstract
Tujuan dari proses reverse engineering di bidang manufaktur adalah untuk mereproduksi atau membuat kembali model yang sudah ada. Ada tiga tahap dalam proses penelitian: akuisisi data, 3D pemodelan dan analisis desain. Metode ini dapat membantu dalam hal modifikasi produk yang sudah ada sehingga menjadi produk yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Dalam proses Reverse Engineering, tahapan dibagi ke dalam 3 fasa dasar yaitu Product Digitization, Shape Reconstruction, 3D CAD Modelling. Sedangkan proses perancangan penelitian ini dibagi menjadi empat tahapan besar yaitu, proses scanning, proses refinement, dan pembuatan prototipe. Hasil akuisisi data capture berupa produk 3D dalam format .stl.
