Media Literasi dalam Kontra Propaganda Radikalisme dan Terorisme Melalui Media Internet

Abstrak - Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi membawa pengaruh besar terhadap dinamika perubahan serangan terorisme. Salah satunya adalah sebagai panggung propaganda. Sebagai negara yang sedang berkembang, jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia ternyata sudah mencapai 132,7 juta pengguna internet. Hal ini tentu memberikan peluang bagi kelompok teroris untuk melakukan propaganda sebagai sarana rekrutmen. Untuk menghadapi hal tersebut maka diperlukan peran pemerintah dan juga masyarakat. media literasi menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan pertahanan diri masyarakat terhadap terpaan propaganda radikalisme dan terorisme melalui media internet.Kata Kunci: Propaganda, Soft approach, Literasi Media
Abstract - Developments in science and technology have a large impact on the changing dynamics of terrorist attacks. One is as a propaganda stage. As a developing country, the number of internet users in Indonesia was already reached 132.7 million Internet users. This course provides opportunities for terrorist groups to carry out propaganda as a means of recruitment. To deal with the matter, the necessary role of government and the public. media literacy to be a solution to enhance the self-defense of society against the onslaught of radicalism and terrorism propaganda through the internet media.
