Kebijakan Keamanan Nasional Filipina dalam Kontra-Terorisme

Abstrak - Permasalahan keamanan Filipina terkait dengan terorisme yaitu berasal di Filipina bagian Selatan yang bersumber dari gerakan Muslim Moro yang berusaha memisahkan diri dari Filipina. Jika seluruh serangan terorisme yang terjadi baik itu berasal dari domestik maupun transnasional dikalkulasikan, maka Filipina merupakan negara ASEAN yang paling banyak mengalami insiden terorisme. Pemerintah Filipina mendefinisikan terorisme sebagai tindakan yang ditujukan untuk menciptakan ketakutan dan kepanikan yang meluas dan luar biasa di kalangan penduduk guna memaksa pemerintah untuk memenuhi tuntutan mereka yang tidak seusai dengan hukum. pemerintah Filipina telah mengeluarkan dokumen Kebijakan Keamanan Nasional yaitu periode 2011-2016 yang memfokuskan ancaman terorisme sebagai prioritas keamanan kedua setelah kelompok insurjensi di Mindanao.

Abstract - Security issues Philippines subscribe with namely terrorism originating in the philippines southern yang sourced of the moro islamic movement sought to separate yourself from philippines. If entire terrorist attacks happens whether it comes from domestic and transnational calculated, then the philippines is gatra ASEAN the most experienced terrorism incident. The Philippine government defines terrorism as acts intended remedy that creates fear and panic the pervasive and extraordinary among residents to force the government to meet the demands of their review its not after the law. The Philippine government has issued a national security policy document that period 2011-2016 the focus threat of terrorism as a priority second only to the security group of insurgency in mindanao.
