EFEK SUBTITUSI LOGAM TANAH JARANG TERHADAP KARAKTERISASI RADAR ABSORBER MATERIAL BERBASIS CoTi1-xCexO3 DENGAN METODE MECHANICAL MILLING GUNA MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS TEKNOLOGI PERTAHANAN
Abstract
Meningkatkan produk dalam negeri dengan memanfaatkan untuk ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang digunakan pada bagian pertahanan, yang mana berhasil dibuat pengerap gelombang radar (RAM) berbahan dasar Cobalt titanium dengan pencampuran dengan menggunakan bahan logam tanah jarang dengan subtitusi ion Ce+4 sesuai dengan teknik perbandingan mol. Kemudian sistesis dengan menggunakan metode Powder Metalurgy (Mechanichal Milling). Fasa yang terbentuk dengan kalsinasi 1000? dengan holding time 5 jam. Karakterisasi sampel dilakukan dengan XRD, SEM-EDX, VSM dan VNA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa bahan yang dibuat dengan subtitusi Cerium (Logam Tanah Jarang) didapatkan bahan memiliki sifat semiparamagnetik dengan menunjukkan keunggulan sifat broadband dapat menjangkau semua radar X band. Serapan gelombang radar diukur dengan VNA menunjukkan bahwa subtitusi ion Ce+4 menunjukkan nilai maksimal pada bahan variabel CoTi1-xCexO3 dengan serapan dapat ditunjukkan ~80% dengan nilai maksimal pada frekuensi 10 GHz.References
