Abstract -- This study aims to examine the effect of academic climate and integrity on the performance of Navy Staff and Command School lecturers in Jakarta. The research method used is a survey with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research sample was 45 lecturers from a population of 55 lecturers with Simple Random Sampling technique. The calculation is done by using the SPSS Software Program version 22. The results showed that the multiple linear regression line equation, Y = 4.777 + 0.268X1 + 0.578X2. The t-count for the variable influence of Academic Climate on Lecturer Performance is 7.615 > 1.673 (t-table value), and sig value is 0.000. The value of t-count for the effect of the Integrity variable on Lecturer Performance is 9.34 > 1.673 (t-table value), sig value is 0.000. The value of F-count 33,025 with a significant level of 0,000 while F-table at the significance level of 95% (0,05) is 3,16, then F-count (33,025) > F-table (3,16) and significance level 0,000 < 0,05. Thus: (1) Academic climate has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance; (2) Integrity has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance; and (3) Academic climate and integrity have a positive and significant effect together on the performance of lecturers. Therefore, the leader of Navy Staff and Command School is expected to pay more attention to the academic climate and lecturer integrity by taking a personal and professional approach with the lecturers to provide lecturer support to improve their performance.
