STRATEGI PERTAHANAN LAUT DALAM RANGKA ANCAMAN KEAMANAN DI ALUR LAUT KEPULAUAN INDONESIA II

Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia sebagai negara maritim dunia dan negara kepulauan yang memiliki 17.504 pulau yang wilayah teritorialnya didominasi lautan (Pushidrosal, 2018). Sebagai negara maritim, Indonesia memiliki 4 (empat) titik yang menjadi chokepoints internasional yaitu Selat Malaka, Selat Sunda, Selat Lombok serta Selat Ombai-Wetar (Rodrigue, 2004). Indonesia telah menetapkan tiga jalur Alur Laut Kepulauan Indonesia (ALKI) untuk lintas damai pelayaran internasional, yang dijamin keberadaannya oleh hukum internasional dan nasional. Selat Lombok merupakan salah satu pintu gerbang masuk jalur pelayaran (Chokepoint - ALKI II) dan juga merupakan jalur utama perdagangan Asia-Australia, Strategi Pertahanan Laut dalam rangka Ancaman Keamanan Alur Laut Kepulauan Indonesia II, penelitian melakukan pengamatan di sepanjang ALKI II, Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengombinasikan studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penulis menyampaikan beberapa tipe ancaman keamanan terkini yang cukup kompleks yang dihadapi Indonesia sebagai sebuah negara kepulauan dan juga maritim, yang datang dari meningkatnya ketegangan dan eskalasi konflik di Laut China Selatan, serta dari terorisme global, intervensi asing, dan beragam kejahatan lainnya.
