DESAIN KONSEPTUAL SISTEM PERSENJATAAN LOITERING MUNITION DALAM MENDUKUNG PENGEMBANGAN ADVANCED WEAPONS SEBAGAI PERTAHANAN PANTAI PERBATASAN INDONESIA

Kekuatan pertahanan suatu negara yang kuat akan mengurangi berbagai ancaman yang datang serta memberikan rasa aman dan kenyamanan bagi rakyat negara tersebut. Penguatan persenjataan untuk mempertahankan kedaulatan di wilayah laut dengan teknologi terbaru dalam menghadapi ancaman yang meningkat sangatlah penting, salah satunya pengembangan loitering munition. Namun pada pengembangan senjata di indonesia sendiri masih belum mengarahkan pada pengembangan loitering munition. Untuk menganalisa kebutuhan loitering munition untuk meningkatkan kekuatan pertahanan maka dibuat penelitian desain konseptual sistem persenjataan loitering munition sebagai langkah awal pengembangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian System Engineering Approach dengan teknik analisis data House of Quality (HOQ) yang merupakan tahapan pertama dalam menerapkan Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan 8 karakteristik desain dimana apabila diurutkan berdasarkan prioritas perhitungan benchmark adalah Kemampuan akusisi target (149), Jenis target (140), Kendali Manusia (134), Hulu ledak (132), Jarak terbang (120), Sistem peluncuran (119), Waktu terbang (110), Jarak target (107). Hasil tersebut kemudian dibuat menjadi desain konseptual loitering munition dengan menggunakan kecerdasan buatan untuk mengidentifikasi target berupa kapal dan kendaraan air lainnya serta kendali manusia untuk memutuskan akan dilakukan serangan atau tidak.References
